The Ten Commitments
Through its members, the Harley Street Alliance is building London's international health service, whilst working to the highest standards of customer service. Set out below are a set of key standards that all our members have to abide by.
- Providing treatment and care that embraces the whole person and not just the illness alone
- Treating patients in a manner that respects their rights and beliefs
- Providing the highest quality of personalised clinical care and service and having a mechanism in place for this to be monitored
- Excellence and innovation through the integration of leading diagnostic, communication and clinical technologies and techniques
- Giving the opportunity to provide frank, honest and confidential feedback on the services provided
- Encouraging collaboration to improve the care, service and referral process experienced by patients
- Transparency on prices for any procedure or treatment provided
- Supporting and developing all staff to ensure best practice
- Having appropriate health and safety processes in place to minimise risk
- Responsible promotion and marketing of the clinical expertise and services being provided
